NEW FOR 2006: Cooking Class

Beginning April 11, I'll be offering an eight week Tuesday night vegetarian cooking class based on the 5 elements. Starting with Earth (root vegetables and grounding foods) Water (greens and vegetables) Fire (grains and beans) Air (nuts and seeds) Ether (bringing beauty to food with color and ambiance) and including Dairy and special requests. Sliding scale of $100-130 Tuesday evenings 6-8 PM -- the price includes materials and dinner.

 

I will offer a class in "The Lost Arts: Making Butter, Cheese, Yogurt and Other Foods" in the fall of 2006, all day Sat., 10-4, lunch included, sliding scale of $60-100.
