What is the immune system? The role of the spleen, lymphatic system, bones, blood, organs of elimination, liver, colon.

Immune system problems: autoimmune diseases, over reaction

The role of stress - only recently accepted as a pivitol part of immune response

Herbs included: Echinacea, St. John's Wort, garlic, oregon grape root, reishi mushroom, honey and propolis, poke, the problems with goldenseal, and more.

Bacteria and viruses -- what are the differences? How can we avoid contributing to antibiotic resistent bacteria? What is the role of systemic support in fighting off viruses and bacteria?
